Tommy Kellis

Tommy graduated St. Leo University and Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He was a former clerk at the Office of the Kent County Public Defenders. Tommy is a member of the Craven County Bar Association, Carteret County Bar Association, 3-B District Bar Association, North Carolina Bar Association, and the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers. His main practice areas are Criminal, DWI, and Traffic. Tommy lives in New Bern with his wife and has three children. In his spare time, he enjoys boating, fishing, and gardening.

Grety Moreria

Grety is a Paralegal/Legal Assistant who joined the office in May 2011. Grety was born in Cuba and came to the United States when she was 10 years old. In December 2009 Grety earned her A.S. in Paralegal studies from Palm Beach State College in Florida. In February of 2011 she moved to New Bern, North Carolina from Florida with her husband who is in the United States Marine Corps. Grety is a member of the Paralegal Association of Florida and is working on becoming a member of the North Carolina Paralegal Association. In her spare time she enjoys North Carolina’s beautiful beaches.

Rush Spence

Rush graduated from Cape Lookout High School in 2009 as Valedictorian. She Is interested in pursuing her degree in Paralegal Studies. Rush has attended Pitt Community College and Lenoir Community College. When not working Rush enjoys reading, going to the beach, and being in the company of her friends of family.

Amanda Broughton

Amanda is a legal Assistant who graduated from Pamlico High School, and was on the Dean’s list at Pamlico County Community College while she studied there. She is currently enrolled at Craven County Community College where she is pursuing her Physical Therapy Assistant degree. When not at the one of our many beautiful beaches, Amanda enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
